Every grid is a real crossword.

The Everhall Guard
Each winter one thing gets built by hand here, a few of them, to order. This year it is a nutcracker.

Every one is built and painted by hand to order, so yours will differ from the photos in the details.
Indoors or on a covered porch only — the velvet and fur aren't made for rain or snow. At this size it can't go by courier, so it's local pickup or delivery nearby.
